Our custody system meets the highest security standards, and personal account information is encrypted. In other words, all web or platform access (desktop, mobile, or APIs) can only occur through WAF (Cloudflare), providing protection against DDoS and any hacking attempts.

With fully encrypted and secure confidential data, you may be asked to provide your personal information at any time while using the BDM DIGITAL app without major concerns.

When you participate in the account opening and registration process on the BDM DIGITAL app, we will request information and data such as name, identification documents, email address, home address, phone number, selfie photograph (Life Proof reference), among others. If the Compliance department detects the need for additional data, a message will be sent to the user to contact the BDM DIGITAL team and provide further clarification and/or documents in compliance with applicable law.

The use of BDM DIGITAL implies acceptance of this Privacy Agreement.

BDM DIGITAL uses the highest level of technology and security standards, constantly implementing tools that ensure the protection of your data.

BDM DIGITAL also provides personalized support to strengthen its commercial relationship with users, always working on identity verification and continuously monitoring suspicious activities with immediate blocking.

To protect your data against unauthorized disclosure, modification, or leakage – accidental, incidental, or illicit – BDM DIGITAL uses encryption and conducts periodic monitoring and security tests, disclaiming any liability for damages caused by cyberattacks that could not have been prevented by available tools or incidents resulting solely from user negligence.

BDM DIGITAL processes data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law and the crypto-asset regulatory framework, when necessary, whether for executing transactions, contracts, or related procedures in which the data subject is a party, at the request of the data subject.

The personal data of potential clients will be retained indefinitely, but the data subject may exercise the right to request anonymization, deletion of unnecessary data, or blocking.

The Privacy Policy of BDM DIGITAL does not apply to third-party sites and applications, and we disclaim responsibility for them.
